Raiding Rules (read carefully) Empty
PostSubject: Raiding Rules (read carefully)   Raiding Rules (read carefully) I_icon_minitimeMon Feb 09, 2009 3:25 am

Every guild needs a few rules when they start raiding, so here are the rules that we as officers decided upon. Its not much, and whats there isn't strict, but we do want everyone to read this and be aware of them.

- Trials get a 2 week trial, after which the officers decide whether or not to keep that trial.

- Raid days are Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, and all raidinvites start at 20:00 so raid can begin at 20:15 server time and last up to 23:30

- During raids a raid member can get a maximum of 2 epic items, with the exception of offspec items, which offcourse do not count. Of these 2 items there may only be 1 T7 token, so there will be nobody getting a set bonus in 1 raid while others get nothing. There are offcourse exceptions to this rule and will be judged by the officers present at said raid.

- Trials will be able to loot items that drop, but members with the status of Forsaken Raider will have priority over a trial member, this means if an item drop that both a raider and a trial member would want then the raider gets it.

- No ninja afk's in raids, if you need to afk, tell a raidleader, not doing that may just result in getting replaced. If you go afk for a longer time you will be replaced! Constantly slowing the raid down with afks, or leaving in the middle of a raid will make you less likely to get picked next raid.

- Be on time, not being there before 20:15 while signed up without raidleader knowing about you will get you replaced for
sure :p

- If someone with a raider or trial status needs some time off (vacation, RL problems, that kind of stuff) you have to post it on forum in the "inactive" section so we dont have people that go awoll for some unclear reason. No specific details required though, so if you need time off, just saying "i have some RL issues and will be inactive for 1 week, a few days or whatever" will suffice. If you do want to share the details thats even better offcourse, but not nessecary.

- Come prepared and repaired, this means if you sign up, be sure that you can sit there for the duration of the raid. Food and flasks are nice, but not using or having them will not result in a penalty. But im sure everyone that wants to get the maximum out of their performance will have a stack of buffs at the ready.

These rules may change as we go, so be sure to look over them every once in a while.

Sincerely,
Beautifly
